Meet The Pratt's

Kevin, Brigitte, and Natalie Pratt are a dynamic family Real Estate trio, providing years of Real Estate experience with First Class service. Kevin & Brigitte have been married over 30 years, raising and educating their two daughters in Manhattan Beach.

Kevin has lived in Manhattan Beach for over 44 years and has been selling beach properties for 32 years. He began his real estate career in 1989 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in West Los Angeles and then transitioned in 1991 to specializing in residential beach real estate. In addition to selling properties, Kevin managed a Manhattan Beach Real Estate office with over 80 agents for 12 years. His overall knowledge and experience of the Real Estate industry provides the special skills and resources necessary to succeed in today's marketplace.

Brigitte settled in the South Bay 35 years ago. Her personal knowledge of the area and schools allows her to give buyers all the information needed to help them in their decision making process. Brigitte has a strong international background as she hails from Swiss roots and the travel industry. She has keen organizational and negotiating skills that enable her clients to be at ease and secure knowing everything is being

taken care of. 

Natalie is a multifaceted and knowledgeable real estate agent with a diverse background in sales and marketing. Born and raised in Manhattan Beach immersed in the South Bay real estate community provides her a unique perspective within the industry. Natalie attended New York University and worked on the east coast at several fashion labels and showrooms for almost 9 years before returning home to her roots to join her parents' real estate business. Natalie's marketing expertise and ability to connect with a new generation of homebuyers make her an asset to Pratt Beach Properties.
